@User: It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish with your script. First you do a "lef read" of file "or.lef", which contains a cell named ORX2. After that your script never references ORX2, so the first "lef read" line is meaningless. After that, it loads the cell "or" from "or.mag". This file shows a layout that is completely covered by a layer of metal1 that shorts everything together.
