@User Yes. It is for 1KB. I did not mean to say it is better than 6-T SRAM compilers. Yes it is a 1 point but it is good enough for what is going on now. I am working on other sizes as well. Definitely, 6-T SRAM is denser and better for the long term. I just started this project as it is faster to port and has a lower risk. I expect it to be very good at small SRAM blocks, Register Files and small cache memories. I agree with you, the wrapper should be excluded once the pin access issues are addressed in OpenRAM. I included it to perform apple to apple comparison as the 1Kbyte OpenRAM block was not usable with OS routers w/o the wrapper.
