@User: The SkyWater SPICE model library files have ".option scale=1E-6" in them. Consequently, all dimension values (W, L, and S/D area and perimeter) are expected to be in units of microns (or microns^2 for area). Magic expects to produce SPICE-style SI suffixes, so it automatically puts "u" at the end of dimensions. To resolve that, it is necessary for Magic to multiply the values by 1E6 and then add "u" at the end. Looks weird, but it's correct. I am considering removing the ".option scale" from the SkyWater libraries so all SPICE transistor-level netlist output looks "normal".
