@User & @User: The main problem is that SkyWater does not support the redistribution layer (in spite of documenting it), and they say they have no plans to offer it in the sky130 process. Our current plan is to package in a QFN, keeping costs down by having only one standard pinout for the harness design, so there is only one wirebond option.
