Have you been using this cell in your designs? is looking kind of odd, it seems it is used for direct tie, I’m only used to see ties with active components connected in diode mode, so to keep gates isolated. Additionally, this has 2 outputs, which seems uncommon, openroad is surprised and decided to crash on me….
