I wonder if we shouldn't tag the releases openlane depends on? Currently the README asks users to checkout specific commits (e.g 4e5e318e0cc578090e1ae7d6f2cb1ec99f363120), personally I'd find it easier to follow if this corresponded to a specific tag.
