@User: I am not aware of any differences between 1.3.0 and 2.0.1. SkyWater decided to jump to version 2 as part of getting away from the original Cypress stuff. So 1.3.0 was copied to 2.0.0. That was followed by a few fixes which I think were related to documentation only, although it might have also had to do with some of the process additions beyond the original s8phirs_10r (MiM caps, uhrpoly, and the redistribution layer). Except for the uhrpoly resistor, all of the other device models are unchanged.
