Thanks for your answers. @User This structure would be for experimental purposes. But, from what I’ve seen in the design manual the diffusion will have an impact related to what it is applied on. On figure 10 at p94/95: • N+ diffusion is diff + NOT nwell • source_diffusion is with NOT poly So I could indeed reach the npnp arrangement but I wouldn’t be able to make a transistor out of it
