no problem, ok will set the

temp

variable via param just to let the simulator do my quick tests . Usually temperature is set via

.temp value

and it affects all devices in the netlist (pn junctions, resistors with TC parameters etc) . this will not apply for formulas using a '`temp`' variable. I am guessing a '`.temp value`' will set

temper

to that value . I can do a test for that.
