crossposted from #analog-design I created a basic utility to generate gm/id plots. Requires python, PySpice, numpy, and matplotlib. You pass a transistor type, a csv with the L and W parameters (you can pass the bin.csv for the fet or create a subset) and an output file template https://github.com/tclarke/sky130radio/tree/master/utils
