@User: I realize that the problem here is that the Caravel top-level RTL is not supporting the idea of potentially connecting to user projects that are behavioral or black-box models of analog or mixed-signal circuits, and so it is not providing the direct connection from the user area to the padframe gpio pad "pad_a_esd_0_h" pins for making analog signal connections. I can get this updated right away.
