@User for digital design some other people her might give the best answer, OpenLane being the workflow in this area, all the files (liberty, LEF, verilog etc) are standard so i bet open source tools as well as commercial ones will work. For analog design ngspice is the simulator of choice, (may be xyce later on.... 🙂 ) for schematic you can try xschem and it's sky130 libraries...
