I'd like to know what file a Chip Fabrication House needs from the customer in order to fab a chip. In the PCB world the Board House needs only the set of Gerber Files, and Drill file (Gerber or NC-Drill file). I assume a GDSII file for a Chip House is similar to Gerber's for PCB fabrication. But what other files are necessary for Chip Fabrication?
