Hi, @User , 1. the 0.29 is the default gate to diffusion edge, see picture. 2. Yes model is valid for post layout sims, in this case AD, AS, PD, PS, and all other parameters are no more formulas but values calculated from the layout. The equations in the schematic are a reasonable guess, actual values depend on the layout.
