Here's one more super talented fresher from 8-weeks VSD internship program - Ashutosh Sharma. He designed 10-bit D/A converter as a part of his research internship project. Building a 10-bit Potentiometric DAC from scratch, analyzing mistakes in his existing design, re-working entire design, re-building entire 10-bit DAC again, post-layout characterization of INL/DNL within ~2-LSB margin - all in 8-weeks.
