@User: I'd say talk to @User about it. I would also like to stay informed on what is known about the SONOS devices (not to mention spiking neuron circuits). This is a great little device because the floating gate is buried under the regular gate and takes up no extra space in the layout. Seems ideal for neural emulation circuits and self-adapting/self-tuning circuits.
