I’m running into an issue during the precheck on the efabless site - all checks pass for my design except for the manifest check. I receive the following error message:

MANIFEST CHECKS FAILED
Manifest checks failed. Caravel version does not match. Please rebase your Repository to the latest Caravel master.

I’ve verified that my project is using the latest version of Caravel from the repo and the check passes locally with the latest version of mpw-precheck. As a sanity check, I tried uploading the example caravel user project built with the a fresh installation of openlane/pdk/caravel_user_project and I’m still getting the error. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any ideas would be much appreciated. (Sorry to spam, reposting this here for visibility)
