@User the information in that table is enough to build a stackup for use in ADS Momentum/HFSS/etc. if we know the metal resistivity of each layer and bulk resistivity of the si I'm not too familiar with any open source method-of-moments EM solvers. I've seen openEMS and fastfieldsolvers, but haven't tried either before.
