@User Excellent that the redistribution layer will be available for inductors! That should enable great VCOs and transformers / baluns.
As I said, I don't think there is all that much value in putting work into (lab) characterising the inductors before someone wants to use them. It is a very difficult measurement in the lab and the circuit designer will most likely want a different shape anyway. Simulation of the actual shape can work pretty well, and then the first person to tape out a LC VCO should measure the minimum current to make it start oscillating and the frequency range, which is an easy measurement in the lab and could confirm whether the inductor+capacitors are being modelled well or not.
