That's exciting! Would it help if I ran the inverter cells through ngspice and determined the rise and falls time and propagation delays, so I can make .prm files for irsim? I wanted to do that anyway, so I can do post layout functional verification. Perhaps someone like @User could check the results and see if they seem reasonable?
