@User / @User (+ team) thanks for releasing the spice models, now the fun can really begin. I have a small question, what's the significance of the rf prefix? Are these high frequency optimised devices? If so, do they have different layouts from the non rf devices? And if so, are these currently supported by LVS? - I don't see them mentioned in the current magic techfile
