I don't really have a lot of experience in that area either (although I'm keen to change that) so it could be very promising for some RF power amplifiers - lots of interesting experimentation to come... I gather normally transformers are required to achieve any reasonable power with a 50 ohm output match but a 20 V device could really help side-stepping that
