@User @User sorry to be late to the party, I only just now found a few moments to check out the primitives library and run a few spice simulations using ngspice. I'm getting nice MOSFET characteristics... which is a start. Some libraries are a bit broken, I assume for the issues with ngspice which have been discussed previously. In any case I'll get onto the prm files for irsim in the coming days, unless someone else goes ahead and does it :)
