I don't fully understand why theres the internal temperature value and then also a temp parameter required which is in the tests and here as well. When the temperature sweep is performed is it sweeping the internal temperature value, the parameter or both? Maybe the devices which dont see any temp effect are referencing the static parameter rather than the swept simulator internal temperature value?
