So imagine I want to design a high-speed opamp with like a 10V input range. I noticed there are 20V FETs, but I wonder if they have a lot of downsides? Is it customary to just use 20V FETs for these kind of applications, or would it make more sense to attenuate to 1.8V, and do the core operations there?
