What would be the best way of obtaining rough figures on the capacitance per unit width, lambda, and mu_n and mu_p for hand calculations for analog stuff? I looked through the spice models and they are pretty complicated, making it difficult to directly extract. Has anyone extracted these or are they documented anywhere? Or should I just plot some curves and extract approximate values?
