@User: "nf" is supported. It's just that "nf" was being incorrectly handled by ngspice with respect to choosing the bin; it was choosing a bin based on W*nf instead of just W; when "nf" is used, then "W" should be the total width of all fingers. There is a development branch of ngspice that has a fix for that.
