@User, i set that value and checked vgs distribution of a 1/0.15 transistor to be ~ 20mv/sigma. Not a scientific approach, just to test the montecarlo in ngspice which handles the whole thing a bit differently. 100 runs montecarlo, vgs of 1/0.15 nfet_01v8 biased at 1uA.
