If Skywater could be persuaded to reveal the characterization data for the test wafers on which the models are based, that would be great for checking whether we are interpreting their models properly and should in any case allow us to develop good models. I can't see a good reason for them not to, though the negotiation might take effort and time. Failing that, if someone could run a bunch of simulations using the existing spectre models, that would at least allow us to try to get the same in ngspice, (whether or not that is right).
