Quick question, I was just trying to get an effective diff cap per W for doing hand calculation of digital stuff… I’m trying to sweep the “WN_DIFF” on the following instance:

xpdn  Y2_CD gnd gnd gnd sky130_fd_pr__nfet_01v8 m=1 L=0.15 W='WN_DIFF'

But there seems to be a discrete nature for W on the available models, so it errors out with values other than 0.65, 1, 2 so far. I believe there is a similar post above, but I’m not understanding what is an appropriate step to use or where is the dependency defined in the models. Any hints?
