@User: I did a fair amount of work with translinear circuits back in the day, with similar processes with similar bipolar devices. They work okay. They're not the best, like you would get from a BiCMOS process (Jazz had a nice 0.18um process with good bipolar devices). The SkyWater NPN formed from N-diffusion in a P-well in a deep N-well is a decent device. If I recall, the beta gets up into the range of 50 to 80.
