@User for .include lines it is very simple: the path following .include must land on an existing file (either by absolute path or relative to the directctory (i believe) of the circuit file ngspice is reading. For .lib, also the filename following must exist and last field after file must specify a library ( a process corner, specifically, like tt, ss, ff, fs, sf...).
