@User, doing such a schematic is no problem for xschem, as far as i can see. The problem is if technology can be pushed to the X band (7-15GHz? ) range of frequencies. They are using L=60nm transistors (65nm CMOS process). Some Hi-frequency RF expert might comment on this.
