@User I tend to say that with 130nm it would be possible to work with frequencies up to (small) tenths of GHz, at least in simulations. I gess the first step is to find fT/fMAX of the transistors models you want to work with. I did a xschem file to simulate the ft of sky transistors. I'm not sure it's reliable, but if it can help anybody I'm good with it.
