@User, in picture above the inductor in series with the two capacitors has 2 floating nodes. There is no DC solution for these 2 nodes. Any voltage level is OK. In some cases simulators get through this by inserting (very high) resistors to ground. Without any solver tricks this is sufficient to get a singular matrix.
