@User I never got around to it. I also lacked a bit of motivation too since the results wouldn't be accurate. Would I spend time chasing down an issue that wasn't actually real? In the end I just did process corners, voltage and temperature. So offsets are completely unknown. There's no offset information that I've found in the documentation either. Normally you'd get pelgrom values to calculate yet. Offset is a big question mark at the moment
