@User @User i have added another example circuit (tb_bandgap.sch) in the xschem_sky130 repo, this is a bandgap reference generator with offset compensation. Mismatch is the most severe drawback for these type of circuits, without offset cancellation some trimming must be done at testing, however trimming does not compensate aging and temperature induced differences in active devices. Picture shows the bandgap output voltage (40 MC runs, over -40, 27, 125C, variable VCC voltage, variable process parameters) the first part shows the variable voltages due to device mismatches, then the offset cancellation starts (at 25us) and the variability is reduced. Mismatches are applied to transistor vth0, toxe, and resistance values. The variability factors have been chosen to model poorly controlled process window. I do not have any numbers relating to the real sky130 process mismatch parameters.
