Hi @User, when I do the extraction with magic (the "tempsenseInst_lvsmag.spice"), the size of the transistors look like

w=550000u l=1.05e+06u

and it causes a mismatch. According to some previous messages, should I use

.option scale

to solve this issue? Thanks
