It seems the nmos/pmos devices use the BSIM4 model, but I have not found any good guide talking about the exposed device capacitances. From playing around it seems that you can extract the capacitance from any of the 4 (gate, source, drain, substrate) terminals to any other terminal. That gives 6 values. Can I use these capacitances as-is, or is it more subtle than that?
