@User: I found an error in the terminal resistance in the device generator. The 320 ohms/sq. resistors had it properly set, but the 2000 ohms/sq. resistors appear to have the value copied over from some early version and unchanged, and it needs to be fixed. With the fix, your resistor comes to 2.966k. I will stick with the 2000 ohms/sq. value, though, since that's what's in the spec document for the process, but now there's a serious doubt in my mind and I'm definitely going to ask the SkyWater engineers about it.
