@User: I have only figured out what are the characterized device sizes by looking at the model bins. There are several different sets of bins, depending on what device corner library you start with, but at least one has the devices "micro-binned" with wmin-wmax and lmin-lmax at the exact device dimension plus/minus 0.005um which I guess is to account for roundoff error. Actually, there's another place where you can figure out the characterized device sizes, which is in the DRC rule deck, except that's one of the original SkyWater files we have under NDA. I can probably filter that through a simple script to get a dump of all the device sizes.
