@User the negative capacitances are indeed an issue. I recently performed a PEX simulation of an LC oscillator which increased in frequency by 75% with post-layout sims. Unfortunately I'm not that good at layout. Taking the absolute of the capacitances gave a more sensible decrease in frequency by a few percent.
