Anyone know the reason why the SKY130 min channel length for pmos Low-Vt is 0.35µm instead of 0.15? Is there a physical reason for it, associated with the threshold implant, or is it strictly for leakage control in the off-state? For some applications the off state leakage is not important. Will the models work if 0.15µm is used, or will that be a hard DRC error?
