It would be interesting to try to extract the frequency of the second pole, as that is impacted more strongly by layout. But it will be hard, due to the pad capacitance its going to be ~ -30 to -40dB output gain in that region. I will have to bring out my VNA + a preamp instead of the bode plot functionality on my scope
