for cell libraries I used: OPENLANE_ROOT/pdks/sky130A/libs.ref/sky130_fd_sc_hd/spice/sky130_fd_sc_hd.spice if included before the netlist, then cell blackboxes from the netlist are ignored now I have trouble finding a proper set of primitive (transistor, ...) libraries
