Hi! I found that diode perimeter is incorrect in sky130_fd_sc_hd__diode_2 subckt in sky130A/libs.ref/sky130_fd_sc_hd/spice/sky130_fd_sc_hd.spice. The diode dimentions are: 0.63x0.69, so perimeter must be 2.64, but in netlist it is 5.36. LVS in OpenLane flow catches this error.
