What are the parameters cause overlap in instantance and clkbuf or decap. What are the configurations need to be changed if any overlap occurs during placement. Even after increasing the core area target density the overlap doesn't has not changed. Could anyone explain me in this what are the parameters need to adjusted to overcome this?
