The current issue template for bug has:

*Reproduction Material*

• Upload a tarball containing the relevant design.
• List the commands used to run the design.

Please put a description of how to run the tarball generator in OL so people create proper reports. Mostly people just link to their github repo which puts too much burden on the developer to recreate the problem (eg <https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenLane/issues/655|#655>)
