If you install open_pdks directly using: ./configure --prefix=$PDK_ROOT it puts everything in $PDK_ROOT/share/pdk/sky130A, but if you install with "make pdk" in OpenLane, it gets put in $PDK_ROOT/sky130A. This is a bit of an inconsistency to find the sky130A tech information.
