Hi, for one version of our design, we saw several metal 5 vias are dropped down after openlane as shown by the screenshot. However, they violated min spacing in Klayout DRC. The metal 5 stripe is vssd1. There is no metal 5 in our design top. Does anyone know why there are vias and how to remove them?
